We use Express Post for Australia wide delivery to ensure you receive your order quickly.
All Christmas orders commence being sent mid October and for orders placed post that, due to crazy busy Christmas period, we will send your items within 5 business days after you place the order (unless you have requested a future delivery date). Orders may take a week during really busy periods.
When your order is sent, you will receive a shipment notification which will contain tracking details and an estimated date for delivery. Please track your parcel using the email/sms notifications from Australia Post or via your AusPost app.
Please note that you need to allow at least 1 business day from when we send your items (for metro areas). Australia Post doesn’t guarantee next business day delivery.
While around 80% of Aussie addresses do receive next-day delivery at the moment, it's not guaranteed.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend allowing at least 2 business days for delivery — and more time if you're in a regional or remote area. Deliveries are only made during the week (no weekend deliveries until just up to Christmas and only at the discretion or Australia Post).
If no one is available to accept delivery and it's not safe to leave the package, it will be taken to your local post office. Please collect within 24 hours.
Delays due to natural disasters, network congestion and the like are completely outside of our control so please be patient in the event there is a short delay as we are doing absolutely everything we can to get your order to you as requested.
