The dates provided below are for Express Post items being sent from us to metro locations. For Express Post items being sent outside a metro area, please allow additional time (2-3 business days to be safe).

Deliveries

• All Metro Areas: Order before end of Sunday 21 December* *
• Non-Metro: Order ideally before end of Wednesday 17 December

** We most definitely accept and can post all orders placed between Thursday 21 December and 22 December. The items are still likely to arrive by Christmas in metro areas of VIC, NSW, QLD and SA. We would send parcels on 23 December, for arrival 24 December. However please note this is not a guarantee and is at your discretion. Should your parcel not be receipted by a human or left in a safe place (and only IF safe to do so), it will be taken to the Post Office which is closed on Christmas Day. So please order ahead to avoid disappointment.

AUSTRALIA: We deliver to every corner of Australia - and have done so for more than 10 years!

Everything on our website is available for express delivery - you will be able to select delivery option as you checkout.

INTERNATIONAL: We are also now delivering internationally! Our entire dog biscuits range is available for delivery to Singapore and Hong Kong. Flat rate shipping at $18.95AUD for standard international and $29.95 for express international.

We use Australia Post Express to ensure you receive your order quickly.

We also use Australia Post International Express for all international shipping for fast delivery.

We send the cakes extra carefully packed so that they arrive without any damage and have been doing so for more than 11 years now. If you have any problems upon receiving your item, please get in touch.

We will send you a shipping notification when your order is sent - from there you will receive a tracking link for your parcel.

For cakes, we time the delivery as close as possible to your preferred delivery date.

For all other orders that are treats, we generally send next business day so that you receive the items quickly.

For Christmas orders, due to high demand, it may take up to a week during busy periods to prepare your order. You’ll receive a notification once sent.

Please order in advance as you like (the longer the better for us!), with a minimum of 1 business day before we send your items.

Time is also required for travel via Express Post network - delivery timeframes vary according to your location, peak delivery periods, etc.

Please allow 1 day minimum for metro areas and 2-3 days for rural areas (remote areas can take longer).If you have any questions at all, please chat with us.

We understand this happens from time to time. We will do everything we can to get the order to you as soon as humanly possible - generally ready for sending next business day!

It's always best to get in touch first before placing your order to make sure we can meet your timeframe or provide delivery timeframe for your postcode. . Please also note that delivery will take at least 1 business day from when we send for all metro areas and 2-3 business days for regional areas.

No we don't. Australia Post Express does not deliver on weekends.

Your order cannot arrive on the weekend so if you are ordering a cake/cupcakes please note that we will time your delivery as close as possible to the Friday. Our cakes last for a week so please do not worry it will be spoiled if it arrives a touch early. Our treats of course last significantly longer than that.

Standard international on average takes 4-7 business days in metro areas (estimate only) whilst Express takes 2-5 business days. Please note that we cannot control the likes of any potential customs dealys.
