We will be taking a short break from 25 December to 4 January 2026 (inclusive). Our bakery will reopen on Monday, 5 January 2026.
🎂 Cakes & Cupcakes Needed between Christmas & New Year?
We know lots of pups and kitties celebrate birthdays around Christmas and New Year, and we don’t want anyone missing out!
To make sure every celebration goes smoothly, we schedule deliveries to arrive before the public holidays and before Express Post service pauses between Christmas and New Year. We do this every year for hundreds of furry friends.
🧁 Shelf Life:
- Dog Cakes & Cupcakes: Stay fresh for 7 days in the fridge
- Cat Cakes: Stay fresh for 5 days in the fridge
- All cakes can be frozen and then defrosted the day before the big celebration.
🚚 Delivery Window
Orders needed for celebrations between 23 December and 6 January will be scheduled to arrive between 19 - 23 December. When your order arrives, simply pop it straight into the freezer and defrost the day before serving!

📦 Orders Placed Between 24 December and 5 January
As we’ll be on break from 25 December to 4 January, all orders placed from 24 December onwards will be shipped on 5 January 2026.
We’re really sorry for any inconvenience, but after working around the clock all year, we’ll be taking a little family time (and plenty of doggy cuddles on the couch!).
