At Golden Barkery, we carefully pack every order to ensure your pet's treats and celebration cakes arrive safely and in the best possible condition.
Order Processing
Orders are prepared next business day. During peak periods, promotional events or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer, however we try to stick to next business day as best as possible.
Please note that cake orders are prepared according to your preferred date - not next business day (unless you need it that quickly).
You'll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order is sent.
Alternatively, if you have selected the pick up option, you will receive a pick up notification.

We deliver to every corner of Australia - and have done so for more than 13 years! This includes all treats, biscuits and cakes.
Express Shipping (Australia Post)

- FREE on all orders over $130

- $8 flat fee
- FREE on all orders over $80
- Available only on orders that do not include cakes

International
We are also now delivering internationally! Our entire dog biscuits range is available for delivery to Singapore and Hong Kong. Flat rate shipping at $18.95AUD for standard international and $29.95 for express international.
Dog Cakes
Our celebration cakes are freshly made to order and require additional preparation time.
Where available, customers may be able to select a preferred dispatch or delivery date during checkout. While we do our best to meet requested dates, delivery times cannot be guaranteed once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
We recommend placing cake orders well in advance of your celebration.
Authority to Leave
If you wish your parcel to be left - please note Authority to Leave in your checkout comments. Please note that your parcel may be left in a safe location if deemed appropriate by the delivery driver.
Once a parcel has been marked as delivered, Golden Barkery is not responsible for loss, theft or damage occurring after delivery.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect address is supplied and the order has already been dispatched, additional shipping charges may apply if the parcel is returned or requires redirection.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund orders that are lost due to incorrect delivery information provided at checkout.
Delayed or Lost Parcels
Once your order has been collected by the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
If your parcel appears delayed or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist by lodging an enquiry with the carrier.
While we will do everything we can to help, we cannot guarantee delivery timeframes or accept responsibility for delays outside of our control.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the external packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your email and arrange an appropriate resolution where applicable.
