Firstly we hope you are keeping safe, wherever you are. As a bakery, we are open as usual. There are some important changes however, please read the frequently asked questions below.

Current Delivery Timeframes

Our products are lovingly made to order and delivered to you, straight from the oven.
Please allow up to 2 business days for us to make the items before shipping. We Express ship Australia wide to ensure you receive your order quickly. Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot guarantee next business day delivery during the time of COVID-19. Please allow at least 2 business days for delivery to avoid disappointment. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances can at times cause delays which are outside of our control so please be patient as we are doing absolutely everything we can to get your orders to you as requested. 
Approximately 80% of Australia's addresses are covered by the Express Post network and you can see your expected delivery timeframe on Australia Post's Domestic Delivery estimator (we ship from Melbourne metro).
   

Pick Up - Melbourne Only 

All orders are available for pick up from us at 15 Glenvale Crescent, Mulgrave. You're welcome to pick up 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and Saturday from 10am to 2pm. Please select pick up option at the checkout. 

Please note we are closed on Sundays. 

     

    I accidentally selected pick up, can you post? 

    If you have accidentally selected pick-up and already checked out, you can add postage to your order. In order notes, please note your original order number. 

     

    How long should I allow to get my items? 

    Please allow at least 2 business days for us to make your order before we ship. There are some delivery delays with Australia Post which are completely outside of our control. 

    We Express ship Australia wide to ensure you receive your order quickly. Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot guarantee next business day delivery during the time of COVID-19. Please allow at least 2 business days for delivery to avoid disappointment. Delays due to lockdowns can at times cause delays which are outside of our control so please be patient as we are doing absolutely everything we can to get your orders to you as requested.

    All cakes and cupcakes are made to order. Our cakes and cupcakes are made so that they arrive according to your preferred Delivery Date. You will be able to insert this date with your order. 

    Unfortunately, Australia Post cannot guarantee next business day delivery during the time of COVID-19. Please allow at least 2 business days for delivery to avoid disappointment.

    Please note that due to current circumstances, your order may arrive up to 2 days before your Delivery Date. This is simply to ensure it arrives to you in time for the Delivery Date to avoid disappointment. Please keep in fridge to prolong freshness.

     

    How far in advance should I order cakes & cupcakes?

    Please order in advance as you like (the longer the better for us!), with a minimum of 1-2 business days before we send your items. Time is also required for travel via Express Post network - delivery timeframes vary according to your location, current lockdown status etc. Please allow up to a week. 

     

    I've left my order too late - can you make superhooman quick? 

    We understand this happens from time to time. Dog biscuits we generally have in stock for urgent orders. For cakes and cupcakes, we will do our very best, however please note you will be limited by choice based on what we've made extra for that day.  

    Get in touch first before placing your order to make sure we can meet your timeframe. Please also note that delivery will take at least 2 business days due to current Australia Post COVID-19 delays.

     

    Do you deliver on weekends? 

    Your order cannot arrive on the weekends so please insert a Delivery Date that is from Monday to Friday. We only post Monday to Friday to ensure your order gets to you quickly.
